Description
Prosciutto Cotto ‘Praga’ is a premium Italian cooked ham prepared using a traditional Central European recipe originating from Prague. Renowned for its distinctive flavor, it combines the natural sweetness of high-quality Italian pork with a subtle, light smoky finish. Carefully selected pork legs are slow-cooked at controlled temperatures and lightly smoked, producing a tender, velvety texture and a golden-browned exterior. Boneless and manually molded, this ham delivers consistent quality and versatility for professional kitchens, catering, or gourmet applications.

Fiorucci
Fiorucci has been making Italian salumi since 1850, when the business began in Norcia, the Umbrian town famous for its pork butchers. Innocenzo Fiorucci sold his sausages in Rome each winter, and his son Cesare opened Norcia-style shops across the city, then turned the family business into a specialist producer after the Second World War. Today Fiorucci is based at Santa Palomba, near Pomezia south of Rome, and is best known for its mortadella, cooked and roasted hams, PDO Prosciutto di Parma and San Daniele, and regional salami.
