Bellantone
Rooted in the heart of Spilinga—the world-renowned birthplace of Calabria’s most iconic delicacy—Nduja di Spilinga Bellantone is an artisanal family business dedicated to the craft of authentic, high-quality salumi. Our mission is to preserve the ancient "cucina povera" traditions of the Poro plateau, using only the finest local pork, hand-selected sun-dried Calabrian chili peppers, and natural smoking processes with olive and oak wood. By marrying time-honored techniques with modern safety standards and a "clean label" philosophy, we produce a range of intense, preservative-free specialties—from our signature spreadable 'Nduja to traditional Capicollo and Soppressata.
