- Produced from Trebbiano di Soave and Garganega grapes, grown on gently sloping vineyards around Soave. Grapes are harvested at the start of October and softly pressed using lung presses. The must is chilled, carefully decanted, and fermented at a controlled 18°C in stainless steel to preserve purity and freshness.
- A classic, crisp Soave that highlights its terroir-driven minerality, versatile, elegant, and ideal for pairing with light dishes or as an aperitif.
Description
Produced from Trebbiano di Soave and Garganega grapes, cultivated in the gently sloping vineyards around Soave. Harvested at the start of October, the grapes are softly pressed using lung presses. The must is quickly chilled, carefully decanted, and fermented at a controlled 18°C in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of aroma and freshness.
