Description
From vineyards on the hills of the upper Val d’Alpone. The grapes are gently pressed and the must is cold decanted, fermentation is carried out at least 6 months in 2 -3 year old barriques. Delicate and intense with hints of spice, cinnamon and a distinct hint of vanilla. Full-bodied, persistent with a spicy taste that blends with the smokiness of the wood.
