Description
A traditional South Tyrolean speck made from selected pork leg, seasoned with natural herbs and spices, lightly smoked over beechwood and slowly matured. This process develops a delicate balance of savoury flavour with a subtle smoky note and firm, sliceable texture. A versatile cured meat suited to both cold service and cooking applications. Approx. 2.2 kg format
