Description
Traditional filled pasta inspired by Southern Italian street food. Panzerotti are semi-circular parcels resembling mini calzoni, here generously filled with ricotta and a mushroom blend. The filling is enriched with Grana Padano DOP, breadcrumbs, and cep mushrooms, with garlic and seasoning enhancing the earthy depth. Balanced by creamy ricotta, they are ideal with cream- or meat-based sauces, and pair beautifully with aged Pecorino and truffle oil.
