Located on the hills near Gavi in Liguria, La Chiara spans 25 hectares of vineyards. The estate’s diverse soils, ideal exposure, and favourable microclimate allow the production of refined Gavi di Gavi from hand-harvested Cortese grapes. Careful pruning and vine thinning ensure low yields and concentrated quality. A modern cellar, equipped with thermo-conditioned steel vats, pneumatic presses, siliceous earth filters, and a sterile bottling line, supports meticulous winemaking.
