From Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown on crystal-embedded rock and sandy limestone, hand-selected to express the purity of the terroir. Fermented with 50% in oak barrels and aged 18 months on fine lees to enhance texture and complexity. Aromas show flinty notes with precise, clear fruit. On the palate, it is dry, precise, and persistent, with subtle oak integration. Mineral-driven and refined, with crystal-clear fruit character.
