Feta is a traditional Greek cheese made from 100% fresh pasteurised sheep and goat milk, crafted according to Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) standards. Aged for 2-3 months in brine, it develops a firm, solid texture and a pleasantly slightly sour, mildly salty flavour. Its versatility makes it perfect for crumbling over salads, using in savoury pies, or serving as part of a Mediterranean meze platter.
