We at Menodiciotto have been crafting gelato and sorbets with art and passion since 1986. It all began in the family restaurant, the two‑star Michelin “Al Gatto Nero,” where Luca Grassi experimented with milk, eggs, and fruit to create the perfect gelato and a memorable finale for every meal. From those first discoveries, he opened a small artisanal workshop, and today Menodiciotto has grown while staying true to the same artisanal quality, producing over 40 flavours of gelato and sorbet with the finest, carefully sourced ingredients. Our milk comes from our own Montbéliarde dairy cows, eggs from free‑range farms, and fruits are seasonal and fresh — with the cold (-18°C) as the only preservative.
