It all began in the family restaurant, the two‑star Michelin “Al Gatto Nero,” where Luca Grassi experimented with milk, eggs, and fruit to create the perfect gelato and a memorable finale for every meal. From those first discoveries, he opened a small artisanal workshop, and today Menodiciotto has grown while staying true to the same artisanal quality, producing over 40 flavours of gelato and sorbet with the finest, carefully sourced ingredients.
