About this wine
A unique blend where partially dried Refosco brings depth and intensity, balanced by Merlot’s softness and Cabernet Sauvignon’s structure—creating a wine of remarkable elegance and persistence.
In the cellar: Hand-harvested Refosco (partially dried for two months), Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon undergo 14–16 days of skin contact to maximise colour and tannin extraction. Careful vinification enhances both structure and aromatic depth, giving the wine its distinctive complexity.
