Description
Hand-harvested grapes—Refosco (partially dried for two months), Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon—are carefully selected, de-stemmed, and undergo 14–16 days of skin contact with the must to boost colour and tannin extraction before being separated. Intense ruby red, pronounced and determined with garnet hues. Remarkably complex and spicy aroma with elegant notes of vanilla, black pepper, cinnamon, leather and refined fruity nuances. It is fruity and persistent with a sweet and enveloping tannic sensation with a long and pleasant finish.
