Large pasta discs filled with premium asparagus tips and creamy mascarpone cheese. Only the tender tips of asparagus are used in two different sizes to achieve maximum flavour and texture. The tips are lightly braised and roughly chopped while maintaining a slightly crunchy texture and vivid green colour that's clearly visible in the filling. The addition of mascarpone, a rich cheese made from fresh cream, provides a delicate note of sweetness that perfectly complements the asparagus.
