Crafted in the traditional Italian style, Grosmi Classica Blend Coffee Beans combine 40% Arabica and 60% Robusta to create a bold, full-bodied espresso with excellent crema and lasting intensity. Perfectly suited to milk-based coffees, the blend is designed so its rich espresso character carries through even large cappuccinos and lattes without being overpowered, delivering a smooth yet expressive cup every time.
Notes of cocoa, toasted nuts, and dark roasted coffee give the blend its unmistakably authentic café profile, balanced by low acidity and a lingering depth of flavour. The higher Robusta content not only enhances body and crema, but also provides a naturally elevated caffeine level, making it ideal for busy mornings, breakfast service, and high-volume hospitality environments where consistency and energy are essential.
Grosmi
Grosmi is a family-run coffee roaster founded in 1958 in Sacile, in Friuli, starting with a single shop and a 5 kg roaster. Today it is run by brothers Ennio and Angelo Francescut, who continue the business started by their parents. Grosmi imports beans from around the world, including Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, India and Uganda, and roasts them into blends suited to Italian taste.
