Bastola is a pure malt amber ale brewed with 100% barley malt. It offers a dry, intense flavour with gentle bitterness and a lingering aftertaste of caramel and hazelnut, achieved through the use of select specialty malts. With a thick, creamy, and persistent head, this unfiltered and unpasteurized ale is top-fermented and undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle for natural depth and character.
