Federico II Extra is a pure malt ale brewed with 100% barley malt. Defined bitterness and a herbaceous aftertaste come from carefully selected hops and dry hopping. Its thick, creamy, and long-lasting head complements the unfiltered, unpasteurized, top-fermented ale, which undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle for natural effervescence.
