Tabasco
Tabasco is made by McIlhenny Company, founded in 1868 by Edmund McIlhenny on Avery Island, Louisiana. It is made with just three ingredients: tabasco peppers, distilled vinegar and salt. The pepper mash is aged in oak barrels, and the recipe has been passed down through the generations.
