Description
A traditional Sardinian dessert, Seadas are large sweet ravioli filled with cheese and a hint of lemon zest. Lightly fry in olive oil, turning to ensure even cooking. Serve with Corbezzolo (Strawberry Tree Honey) or sprinkle with sugar.
