Description
Pale straw yellow with a delicate sparkle and fresh aromas of white flowers, citrus, crisp apple and peach. Light and lively on the palate, it combines clean fruit with refreshing acidity, gentle salinity and a dry finish.
Cool fermentation is followed by secondary fermentation in pressurised tanks, with approximately two months on the fine lees preserving Grillo’s fragrance and coastal freshness.
