A delicate, light chocolate sponge encasing a soft, luscious chocolate cream at its centre. Perfect as an individual dessert or for elegant pastry displays, this treat delivers a refined chocolate experience with a smooth, creamy texture.
Ingredients:
Eggs, sugar, vegetable fat (coconut), fatty matter (vegetable fats: palm, coconut; vegetable oil: sunflower; butter; water; emulsifiers: E322 [sunflower lecithin], E471; salt), corn starch, rice flour, glucose syrup, dark chocolate (5.1%) (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: E322 [soya lecithin], vanilla), cocoa mass, cocoa powder, emulsifier: E322 [soya lecithin].
