Pomodoro Yellow Semidried Spicchi are exquisite yellow tomatoes, halved and meticulously slow-dried in an oven to concentrate their natural sweetness. They are then lightly seasoned with a classic blend of salt, garlic, and basil before being preserved in sunflower oil. This ancient variety of tomato, first cultivated by Camaldolese monks in the 16th century, is celebrated for its high sugar and vitamin content, which is three times greater than that of common red tomatoes. The result is a vibrant, flavourful product that elevates a wide range of dishes.
