Large, tube-shaped fried pastry shells filled with sweet, creamy ricotta. Handmade near Asti, south of Turin. Shipped frozen. Traditional Italian cannoli with soft ricotta filling.

Ingredients
Ricotta cheese 48% (whey from milk, sheep's milk, milk, salt), sugar, wheat flour, semi-finished cocoa 9% (sugar, vegetable fat: palm kernels, fat-reduced cocoa powder 16%, emulsifier: E322 soy lecithin, flavours), water, lard, cocoa powder, vegetable oil: sunflower, salt, vanillin, cinnamon. Glaze: candied orange peel (orange peel 53.7%, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, acidity regulator: E330, preservative: E220- sulfur dioxide ), prepared sugar (sugar, wheat starch, vegetable fat: palm). May contain traces of eggs, peanuts, nuts and other nuts, mustard, lupin.
