Description
A finely crafted grappa with a decisive and elegant aroma, delivering a harmonious and persistent taste on the palate. Produced by distilling the precious marc of Amarone varietals Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara using traditional Bagnomaria steam pot stills. This grappa is aged for a minimum of 36 months in small 500-litre oak barrels, during which the Master Distiller carefully oversees the blend’s development to ensure a perfectly balanced expression.
