About the producer

Grissin Bon is a family company from Reggio Emilia, founded in the 1950s by baker Nevino Bernardelli and now in its third generation. It began as a small artisan bakery and grew into Italy's leading producer of grissini and other bread alternatives.

Its best-known product is Fagolosi, wavy breadsticks topped with coarse salt that are a fixture on Italian restaurant tables. Production remains entirely in Italy, with its headquarters at Sant'Ilario d'Enza.
