Description
Produced exclusively from Garganega grapes grown on the slopes of Monte Foscarino in the heart of the Soave Classico zone. Vinification involves a partial ageing process: 10% of the wine matures for five months in French barriques, while the remainder rests in stainless steel tanks to preserve varietal purity. The final blend is assembled at the end of April, balancing freshness with structure.
