Crafted from carefully selected Italian pork legs, chosen for optimal weight, fat cover, and meat quality. Lightly salted and naturally cured over an extended maturation period, this ham develops a sweet, delicate, and perfectly balanced flavour.
Once fully aged, it is expertly deboned, cleaned, and hand-tied in traditional “addobbo” style, creating a compact, elegant ham ideal for uniform slicing in professional kitchens. Supplied boneless for easy handling and presentation.
