This Frascati Superiore DOCG from Cantine Silvestri is crafted from Malvasia di Candia, Greco, and Trebbiano Toscano grapes. Known as Italy’s first DOC and now celebrated as a DOCG, Frascati enjoys a renewed popularity thanks to its persuasive aromas and crunchy, full fruitiness.
On the nose, it is fresh and aromatic with vibrant notes of fresh fruits such as apple and pear, complemented by subtle hints of wild herbs. The palate is fresh, savoury, and persistent, exhibiting good personality and a clean, herbaceous finish.
