Deep brilliant yellow in colour, this Falanghina del Sannio Taburno DOC from Cantine Tora presents a remarkable bouquet with floral notes of broom and dried exotic fruit, lifted by a clear hint of citrus honey.
On the palate, it is dry, warm, and soft, with excellent persistence that enhances the fragrances experienced on the nose.
Soft pressing and static decantation precede alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures. The wine matures for 3 months in bottle before release.
