Description
A typical product of the gelato tradition from Pizzo of Calabria. This Tartufo is characterised by a dark chocolate liquid heart covered by hazelnut and chocolate gelato, made exclusively with Italian fresh milk, deeply roasted hazelnuts and the finest cocoa beans from Western Africa.
Ingredients:
Hazelnut Ice Cream (51%): Fresh whole pasteurised Italian milk (60%), Italian hazelnut paste (13%), glucose syrup, sugar, coconut vegetable oil, emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabiliser (locust bean gum), natural flavouring.
Chocolate Ice Cream (41%): Fresh whole pasteurised Italian milk (60%), glucose syrup, sugar, chocolate (9%) (sugar, cocoa paste*, fat-reduced cocoa powder*, cocoa butter*), fat-reduced cocoa powder (4%), butter (milk), pasteurised free-range egg yolk, stabilisers (locust bean gum, sodium alginate).
Dark Chocolate Filling (7%): Glucose syrup, water, sugar, dark chocolate (12%) (cocoa paste*, sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder*), maize dextrose, modified maize starch, natural flavourings, preservative (potassium sorbate), thickener (pectin).
Coating: Fat-reduced cocoa powder (1%).
