Description
This organic wine showcases extraordinary organoleptic qualities, distinctly shaped by the unique Sicilian terroir. Hand-harvested at the end of August, the grapes undergo six months of refinement in barriques, followed by an additional six months of bottle ageing. The result is a distinctive, well-structured wine with remarkable depth and a lasting gustatory presence.
