Description
An organic single-vineyard Barolo with depth, balance and a savoury finish. Rosehip, mint and thyme lead into cherry, blackcurrant, undergrowth and mushroom, creating a layered expression of the Cerrati vineyard. Gentle extraction preserves the fruit and vineyard character, while extended ageing in large Slavonian oak barrels and bottle develops complexity and structure.
