- Intense, clear red in colour. The bouquet is complex, with floral fragrances complemented by wild berries and jam. On the palate, it is slightly savoury with good persistence.
- First fermentation takes place in October, followed by a second fermentation with Amarone skins in February. The wine then matures in wooden barrels for at least 12 months.
- A distinctive red showcasing the richness of Montecchia di Crosara and Cazzano di Tramigna vineyards, enhanced by ripasso-style fermentation for added depth and aromatic complexity.
Description
Vineyards for this wine are located on hills of Montecchia di Crosara and Cazzano di Tramigna. The first fermentation is carried out in October followed by a second fermentation with Amarone skins in February. Ageing in wooden barrels for at least 1 year. Intense and clear red colouring. The bouquet is complex with a floral fragrance with hints of wild berries and jam. Slightly savoury and with a good persistence.
