From vineyards grown in alluvial and pebbly plains in the Western Friuli region. Soft pressing of the grapes. Must fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The nose exhibits typical notes of sage, tomato lead and mettle, followed by citrus overtones. Lively and aromatic.
