From grapes grown in a pebbly terroir with red clay deposits of moraine origin, from the Central Friuli region. Grapes are hand-harvested between the end of September and mid-October, then soft-pressed and aged 18 months in French oak tonneaux, then 12 months in the bottle. Distinguished and spicy bouquet with notes of juniper, black pepper, cocoa, plum and cherry. Refined taste with a velvety structure, balanced and soft tannins and good persistence
