Wild Mushrooms and Porcini 1kg
● A fine assortment of selected mushrooms with delicious porcini (10-20%), cleaned, sliced and ready to cook.
● Use as an exquisite side dish or as a sauce for delicious risottos and pasta dishes.
● Cook before eating.
● Thawing unnecessary. Quickly rinse the frozen mushrooms and cook them using your own recipe as you would for fresh mushrooms.
● In the frying pan: put the frozen mushrooms in the frying pan with a drizzle of oil and a knob of butter. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or according to cooking preference. Add chopped parsley, salt and pepper to bring out full flavour.
