About the brand
The Cantina di Monteforte d’Alpone was constituted in the March of 1952 as a society between 80 winemakers of the zone. Today, members of the Cantina di Monteforte amount to 610, with 1200 hectares of vineyard (80% is DOC). The Cantina di Monteforte is set around the entrance of the Val d’Alpone zone, famous for the Bolca’s fossils and Soave Classico. The land in which the vineyards grow are mainly hill and of volcanic origin that gives to the wines an unmistakeable taste. The exposition of the vineyards and the mild climate complete the harmony and delicacy of the bouquet within the wines.
