Corvina 45%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 15%, Croatina 15%.
20 year old vines with grapes picked by hand and a drying period of 30 days. Fermentation in in stainless steel tanks until February and then second (ripasso) fermentation on Amarone and Recioto skins. Aged in oak for 12 months.
Deep ruby red with violet nuances. Elegant bouquet with notes of cherry and spices. Intense, warm, full bodied and velvety smooth. Very fine tannins with a long finish.

Vigneti di Ettore vineyards stand on the hills of Negrar, within the Valpolicella Classico area. The vineyards are located on 2 slopes across just 5 hectares, with the ages of the vines between 15 and 40 years old. The soils are skeletal, a characteristic that makes the wines very flavourful, fresh and elegant. Vigneti di Ettore produce an average of around just 40,000 bottles a year of the complete Valpolicella range. The harvest is carried out by hand, and vineyard management is environmentally friendly and organic. Vigneti di Ettore produce ‘classic’ wines that express the character of the indigenous grapes and the special area. The wines are clean, well balanced and elegant.
