● Semi soft aromatic Cow's Milk Cheese with a distinctive orange rind, Taleggio has been in existence since Roman times and is typical of and mainly produced in the Lombardia and Veneto regions of Northern Italy.
● Great as a table Cheese, for melting through Pasta (try with Speck), Risotto, with Salad or in a Panino, Taleggio is an extremely versatile mild flavored Cheese with a strong aroma which strengthens with age.
