● Large discs of Pasta filled with Asparagus & Mascarpone Cheese.

● Only the tips of the Asparagus are used in two different sizes in order to obtain maximum flavour and texture and the tips are lightly roasted, pan fried and roughly chopped maintaining a slightly crunchy flavour and a vivid green colour clearly visible within the filling. Mascarpone Cheese is added for a note of sweetness.

● Great served with Pan Fried Prawns and a squeeze of lemon.

● Suggested number of pieces per portion: 4 (approx. 130g).

● Cooking time in boiling water: 6 minutes.
