● Fusilli are short pasta twists which come from the Campania region. Bronze extruded to create a rougher surface area, perfect for holding sauces.
● Particularly suited to Meat and Fish based sauces or with condiments made with Ricotta.
● Perfect with Vegetable sauces too that are prepared with a Tomato sauce with Peppers, Aubergines, Olives and Capers.
