Coppa Nostrana 600g
• Aged in a cellar for 6 months, the pork is then left for 1 month to soak in white wine. This wine is made from grape varieties found in the upper valley of Alpone. As the story tells it is soaked with white wine of the grape called “Durella” which was cultivated in Roncà since the beginning of last century.
