● This local cheese created with cow's milk, after ageing of 2/3 months, it is wrapped in beer threshing and then vacuum packed to complete the ripening process.
● The crust gets its intense yellow colour of the beer. Inside it is firm and compact, and it has a pale yellow colour. It has an intense, fragrant and aromatic flavour. Ideal when combined with a blonde beer and dried fruit.
